Vegan diets aren’t always healthy. Beware of nonsense health food marketing.
Eating a cooked vegan diet will get you into heaven on moral terms. But unless you consider going low fat raw vegan (fruitarian), you might get to heaven faster than you want!
Just being a ‘vegan’ doesn’t mean you are eating a healthy diet. Fried vegan foods are probably as unhealthy as cooked meat foods. Don’t believe what the labels say, don’t fall into marketing nonsense — eat 100% whole, ripe, raw fruits and vegetables!
